Description and access F4
The apartment F4 is located Biscarrosse-Plage and not Biscarrosse Bourg.
It enjoys an excellent location and wonderful on all station Biscarrosse. It is located on the beach and close to the shops, in a beautiful arcachonnaise .
It offers a superb view of the beach and the ocean.
A private stairway leads you directly to the beach.
A large parking car is reserved for you.
Adress : 189, route des sables Apartement N° 3 40600 Biscarrosse Plage. The duplex apartment is located on the first floor in a large house situated on the beach, just above the ocean.Note: You recognize the place easily, it's the only house on the dunes in front of the ocean.
The apartment has an area of about 70 m2 which is composed by 1 level of a kitchen, a living room with access to a large terrace of 12 m2 nearby ocean
At the second level, you have a bathroom, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms.

1st level
- Equiped kitchen sink double-tray, 4 electric hotplates, Hotte, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer,
2nd Level - Corridor with several placards (+ shelving closets) - 3 bedrooms each with an individual lying 140. - Bathroom: Furniture SBD with basin, shower - Small laundry with washing machine. - Separate toilet
DEPARTURE - ARRIVAL:
The lease is from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in: from 15:00 AM
Check out: At least 10:00 Am last time
CLOTHS HOUSE:
The house linens are not provided (sheets, pillowcases pillows, towels, kitchen towels dishes...)
Included in delivery: pillows protective coverings + mattress covers.
CLEANING
The apartment must be clean when you leave.
Sweep, mop and bucket are available.
PARKING CAR:
Your car may be parked in the parking of the residence.
GENERAL CONDITIONS :
- The pets (animals) are prohibited
- The exercise of any trade or profession is formally prohibited, the buildings are rented only as provisional residence
- The taker will not be able to claim any reduction of rent if repairs falling to the financial backer would appear in the course of hiring.
- No reimbursement in the case of anticipated departure, or cancellation.
- To your departure, the apartment must be cleaned, if not an amount of 50 euros will be retained on your guarantee
- The taker will give a guarantee of 400 € (not boxed) the day of his arrival to answer of possible damage.
It will be restored the day of its departure if there is nothing to announce.
